Youth Talent to Market is an Erasmus+ funded strategic partnership that aims to
develop enterprise skills in artists and artisans, with a view to helping them start or manage their art business. The partnership is composed of three organisations that work in the creative sector:

Gecko Programmes – CEDIT – LC Youth

The aim of this project is to develop, test and adopt innovative practices that will
support artisans to develop and sustain a business in this sector. YT2M seeks to identify a non-formal entrepreneurial training pathway for artisans, who have learnt their craft and now wish to develop their business skills so that they can take their talent to market.

The project works closely with artisans and artists groups throughout the life of the project, and engages them to contribute to the design of the workshops and the style in which it is presented.  Sixty young artisans will develop in this pilot, along with nine youth workers being developed as enterprise mentors specifically for this sector. There will be three dissemination events, to be held in each of the partner nations that will continue to engage with artists, artisan groups and other young people, and report to stakeholders and shapers. You can find more information about YT2M here
